Gears of War 3 - worth the hype?

So, I watched GoW beta on youtube, multiplayer... I don't really enjoy 3rd person shooters online... And what can I say - I know, I will get a lot of flame for this, but It looked for me like dumbasses running around with shotguns meaninglessly doing evasive moves. Also, it had pretty much no difference to previous GoW games, so, it's nothing new, just multiplayer little bit tweaked and that was the new release for Gears of War! Okay, I'm now getting to MW2 and MW3... Oh, did I forgot something? Yeah, I had to broke a pen for you. Okay *crack* that's it, thanks for reading ;)

Machinima quality control DEAD

Okay, now, seriously? Machinima has like largest amount of subscribers-gamers in the world. Amazing thing tho, that if some new guy drops a video there... Out of 1kk subscribers like 20,000 actually watch it. Now, why is this happening? Today, I saw a video on M Respawn of GTA IV (I <3 gta) called "exterminator". I was like, awesome, GTA IV doesn't appear often in machinima, it has to be cool. And, as everyone expected, it was some totally random stuff, dude is going on a bike and killing people with shotgun... That's it! It was sooooo retarded!!! OH MY GOD!!! I wonder how the guy in machinima that told "this could be cool to put up" looked. Are you INSANE?!? Now there you go - that is the explanation why machinima, while having over million subscribers, gets on average of 20k views on their videos. BECAUSE THEY USUALLY SUCK!! Okay, nerdish rage now is gone for some time, but I will be back... I will be sooo pissed I will break a brand new pen in your eyes... You can't miss that haha ;)

Killzone 3 - did it live up to BO?

Well, it feels like a very unique game. Some people say that it should be compared to Halo Reach as it is a console exclusive on PS3 just like Halo is on Xbox, however, I'm not big fan of a Halo, although, I play it sometimes on my friends Xbox. Anyway, if you compare KZ3 to BO it has a lot of similarities, such as short lasting, yet recovering health (this was a genius idea first presented in CoD2) and it has pretty similar mechanics. However, BO just has a lot more weapons to offer. Usually, when game offers great variety of weapons, those weapons nearly feel the same. Amazingly, in Black Ops, it is avoided and most of the guns differ with their feel and specifics, while on KZ3, there are few weapons, yet completely different. And it is fine, however, people that want variety will count this as a minus. Now, what is so awesome about KZ3 is MELEE KILLS! There are many variations of a kill when you come close to someone, for instance, my favorite, is when a guy takes other guys head and sticks his thumbs in his eye sockets and shitload of blood comes out. Chicks think it is lame, but such geek as me thinks blood is cool haha. Or, you can simply break someone's neck while coming close to him, slit a throat you you're behind him, stab him directly in the neck and so on. I got this game only because of this when I saw it on youtube and this is the way BO will never be - as gory and bloody ^_^, I think it is a must to check out demo at least.

MW 3... 7 month countdown

Now, even tho it will be hell of a much time from now on, everyone is wondering, will it suck in imbalance and glitches just as much as MW2 did, or will it be balanced out nearly perfectly as BO was (I'm saying that because BO has useless gay perk called second chance which doesn't benefit your game whatsoever)? BO stepped it up to the next level with great customization options and such things as wager matches to gamble with BO currency. Now, on one hand, if MW3 copy this, they will be perceived as unoriginal tazornuts (no matter they created CoD series in first place, haha). I wonder what MW3 will come up with, as BO took the icing with their release, the main ideas which made it so awesome as it is now. Now, when I think about it, MW2 could have been brilliant game if it corrected all the mistakes it had, like noobtubes, commando. When we were waiting for MW2 we were thinking like one man army is a great perk, it will allow to change loadouts in real time, and then, when we played it, what did we find out? We found out that this perk sucked donkey b****! I hope MW3 won't do that mistake again.

Mortal Kombat is about to hit the shelves!

So, I'm stoaked about this release just as much as about Portal 2. This game will have all the best features of previous MK, plus, many new ones! It was already being tested out in machinima, and all I can say is effing WOW. The most awesome thing in this one will be slown down supers when, lets say, if you hit someone insanely hard in face, you see their skull crack through rentgene and their teeth fall out. This will never get old, and will look cooler than ever! Also, the new modes, like tag team, challenge modes, new stage fatalities according to each level. I've always liked the series due to not as many moves compared to other fighting simulators, but for strategic, custom made combos that are needed at special times, special moments. Like, for instance, if someone is about to hit you with some really hard ass hit, if you have Johny Cage with his X-factor, you can pop that out and it will automatically perform a devastating blow to nuts (haha) for the attacker! And suppers are easier to execute than ever, just hitting two buttons at once. MAN, I'm so excited, I can't wait!

Minecraft... Am I like the last one tried this out?

No, just kidding. I've been playing nearly in its baby stages. But seriously, if you've haven't heard about this game... I can compare it to Lady Gaga, however, its fans are not senseless musical hearth lacking idiots, it is actually a really good game! Anyway, if you haven't heard of this, it is a world, where you build with bricks. The main measure in this game are simple cubes, they can be various substances like iron, coal and whatever. You can mine it all and build insane buildings just using these things. I think its pretty amazing that when games in nowadays have insane graphics and engines, this game easily takes its place between these while just taking up 100MB OF YOUR MEMORY in hard drive! Can you believe that? Millions enjoy this 100MB game as if it was COD Black Ops. You just have to try it, if you haven't already, and it is cheaper than... Uh... Whatever, but you get the point! :)

Anyone else tired of Black Ops?

Okay, now this game has been out for a while. I have to say that Treyarch did one of a hell good job with this, everything seems balanced, seem okay... However, there is no such crazy feeling as we had in MW2, of previous cod's where you click right mouse to zoom with sniper, after 0.1 sec you click left to shoot, and, to everyone's amazement, it hits most of the time. This is pretty insane, feels sweet when you do it, but it made thousands of people rage quit once become the ones that got it pulled off on. So, I want to say, that MW2 was basically a mexican drama, where there was rage quits, quickscopes, imbalance. While you can compare BO to another day in the office - everything is standard, fine, good. But sometimes... ONE OF A HELL BORING DAY. So, I am now varying between these two - MW2 and BO to get the maximum of experience:)
